Goat River Cable Car Replacement

Robson was contracted by Fraser Headwaters Alliance to replace the old cable car on the historic Goat River Trail. All materials, tools, equipment and a small work camp was flown or hiked into site.

Scope of Work:

• Relocate cable car to allow for a higher crossing
• Supply and install two A frame towers
• Two Concrete pads
• Supply and install new anchor system, duck bill and rock anchors
• Supply and install new main cable and pull rope
• Create maitenance manual for cable car
